Are you struggling with friendships, family relationships or romantic relationships? This can look like..

  • Your anxiety spikes when you sense that someone might be upset with you. You may go out of your way to please others to avoid conflict, or alternatively, you might panic and withdraw from emotional closeness.

  • You might struggle to express yourself clearly, leading to misunderstandings and frustration.

  • You might rely on others for validation and self-worth, making it difficult to feel good about yourself without external approval.

  • You crave deep, meaningful connections but find it challenging to achieve them. Past experiences may have made you wary, causing self-sabotage when true vulnerability arises.
