Hi I’m Sam! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York, offering virtual therapy throughout the state. My specialty lies in guiding clients through the complexities of anxiety, trauma, and relational & attachment issues. Whether you’re grappling with fears of rejection, negative self-talk, difficulty with assertiveness, challenges in self-acceptance, people-pleasing tendencies, or perfectionism, I am here to support you.
