In my experience, many clients have found online counseling even more comfortable than traditional in-person therapy. Since sessions happen in a familiar environment, it’s often easier to open up and feel at ease. If you’re still not sure if online therapy is right for you, schedule a consultation with me and we can discuss if this format can help meet your needs.

Note: Online counseling is not appropriate for those actively in crisis. If you are experiencing active thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, please call/text the suicide hotline 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
